"Brain’s Discoveries"

Have you ever thought of naming that thing which connects the two sides of your brain-the left side and right side? Well , don’t re-invent the wheel- it is already named as Corpus Collosum”. 

Probably, Because of this your brain is able to form images while you are reading a text material on your favorite subject.

Here I want to start from chemistry then we will jump together to physics and finally we may both find ourselves fascinated by how marvelous this brain really is.

Now in chemistry, there was a man named “David Samuels“ ,once he was just thinking about how many chemical reactions do actually take place in brain a minute. I don’t know how he really got the answer but it is the truth- Our brain is a rich chemical lab where chemical reactions ranging from 1, 00,000 to 1, 00, 00,000 take place every minute. Can you really believe that? I mean 10 million reactions a minute?

If you think that was interesting then let me show you this-A lady named “Pyotra Anokin” calculated that if you were to write the number of connections that a brain can make in normal manuscript then it will take you a long way measuring 10.5 million kilometers. This number is really really huge! I mean it can take you from where you are to outside this planet and when you are outside this planet you can see the colourful outer space.lol. Well the point that I want to make is our brain is really really powerful that if it is not properly managed then it can really beat us down by it’s own will.

The brain which looks very little in size and is indeed very light in weight has neurons in it. There are a total of 1 followed by 10 zeros (10¹⁰) neurons in average person’s brain.

 What this really means to have this much neurons in my head or in your head?

This really makes sense when you think of the number of Connections that can be made from these neurons.

No. of connections that can be made from 10¹⁰ neurons =10^800. 

Oh my god! What you just read above is 1 followed by 800 zeros indeed. You must be really in a shock that what this huge number is doing inside my head.

Well here is the fact, it is simple permutations and combinations, if you can solve anything in one way then for sure by readjusting your approach you can solve the same thing in another way.

  

Now if you are having any problem that cannot be solved by the way you are thinking right now then I want you to just stop and try to think of a new solution and don’t get demotivated that you don’t have any new solution. You will find and you will find many because you can develop infinite (10⁸⁰⁰) solutions to a single problem.

This is little weird to say but when I first got a notice of the fact that brain have this much connection power I was truly fascinated. And your fascination should not stop here as you may discover in the next article-“Bigger-Than-Universe”, that the number 10⁸⁰⁰ can really make you feel as if you can reach the limits of the universe and space.
